General Terms and Scope of Agreement

By accessing the fuji 9 platform, registering, or using any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. This document is a legally binding agreement between the user and fuji 9.

In this document, "platform" means the fuji 9 website, mobile application, and related digital services. "User" refers to any adult person registered on this platform.

Although these terms are written in Bengali, in the event of a translation into another language, the Bengali version shall be considered final and authoritative. fuji 9 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change shall be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility Requirements and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility

To open an account on fuji 9 and take part in any betting or casino activity, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of all related transactions.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If the same person is found operating multiple accounts, all such accounts will be closed and the funds held in them may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household wish to operate separate accounts from the same device or network, fuji 9's support team must be informed in advance.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email, and payment details — must be complete and accurate. fuji 9 reserves the right to close an account at any stage if false information is found to have been provided.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before withdrawals above a certain amount, or in the interest of security, fuji 9 may request a copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification. Failure to cooperate with this process will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.

• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited.
• If unauthorised access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods can be used for deposits and withdrawals on fuji 9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit for each method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

3.3 Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 1 hour. However, this time may increase if an identity verification process is ongoing or under exceptional circumstances.

3.4 Same Account Requirement

Deposits and withdrawals must be made from a payment account in the same name. fuji 9 reserves the right to reject a transaction if the name on the payment account does not match the name on the fuji 9 account.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

fuji 9 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. This section sets out the general policies relating to bonuses.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200, and a total wager of ৳18,000 must be completed before withdrawal.

4.2 General Bonus Policy

• A new bonus cannot be claimed until the wagering requirements of an existing bonus have been met.
• Winnings earned from a bonus are added directly to the bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Real money and bonus money in an account are tracked separately.
• fuji 9 reserves the right to change or discontinue any bonus offer.
• If a breach of bonus terms is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Policy for All Games

When playing sports betting, live casino, slots, and other games on fuji 9, the specific rules of each game apply. It is the user's responsibility to read the rules of a game before entering it.

5.2 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports betting may change at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to fuji 9's own defined rules.

• Bets placed before a match starts will be settled at pre-match odds.
• In live betting, a bet may be rejected in the event of a network interruption.
• In a multi-bet covering several events, if one result is wrong, the entire bet is lost.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live casino, fishing games, etc.) are operated through third-party software providers. If a discrepancy in a game result arises due to a technical error, fuji 9 will settle the matter based on the log records of the relevant game provider.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the fuji 9 platform. If any such activity is detected, immediate action will be taken.

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or operate games.
• Creating multiple accounts or coordinating with others to bet for the purpose of gaining bonus benefits.

• Money laundering or operating your account using funds belonging to others.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by fuji 9

fuji 9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or failing identity verification.
• Suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity.
• Preventive action in the interest of technical security.

7.2 Closure by the User

Any user may voluntarily close their own account by contacting the support team. Before closure, any withdrawable balance remaining in the account may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable rules.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or financial activity for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive. fuji 9 reserves the right to apply a maintenance fee to inactive accounts or to close them.

Privacy and Personal Data Protection
